This fantastic shopping center is connected directly to Nankai Namba Station and the Namba cir building , and connected undergorounf to subway and other rail lines. On the rood is a fantastic garden. a multi-tiered rooftop park cascading down to top of the terraced building with numerous waking oaths hidden away mid romantic restaurants, and a lovely night view of the illuminated shop called Sho-Chu Authority, which specializes in shochu, awamori and other Japanese liquors and carried a wide variety of had-to-find brands that will please ant sane enthusianst. There is a wide selection of other shops and good restaurants too, and Namba Parks is right next door to the massive Namba City shopping complex, which is also work checking out.
